Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 4th day of January
19 82 The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councimem ers
10 -Royt, Moen, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-18
APPROVAL OF ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor
Licenses have been received by the City from:
Radisson Inn Plymouth
2705 Annapolis Lane
Holiday Inn Plymouth
3000 Harbor Lane N.
J. P. Mulligan's
3005 Harbor Lane N.
. in accordance with Chapter XII, Section 1200, Plymouth City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses
be approved for the Radisson Inn Plymouth, the Holiday Inn Plymouth,
and J. P. Mulligan's for a period effective from February 1, 1982
through January 31, 1983.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen, Schneider
and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ands opte .
