The following members were present: Mayor Davenport Councilpembers • Hoyt, Moen. Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: none w,r* Counciimember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-17 APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE WHEREAS, applications for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License have been received from: Frederick Michael Doble Route #1 Royalton, MN Tim Allen Biermaier Route #1 Randall, MN for the sale of firewood door-to-door, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the applications of Frederick Doble and Rim Biermaier for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants Licenses are approved for a period expiring December 31, 1982. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in avor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and s opted.
