Coupcilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.82-16
APPROVING 1982 CIGARETTE LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, application for renewal of Cigarette License has been received
from R. E. Fritz Vending for Larson Auto Repair in accordance with Chapter
XI, Section 1150.01 of the City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License application from R. E.
Fritz Vending for Larson Auto Repair, 11320 Highway 55, Plymouth, Minnesota,
be approved for the period January 1, 1982 through December 31, 1982.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o owing
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen, Schneider
and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ands opte .
