Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
4th day of January , 19 82. The following members were
present: Mgvor Davengort, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen, Schneider and Threinen .

Cqupcjlm�mber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-14
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
DEERWOOD MEADOWS I AND DEERWOOS MEADOWS II
WHEREAS, the development contracts for Deerwood Meadows I and Deerwood Meadows
II specify that the public improvements are to be completed by December 31, 1981;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested that this completion date be extended until
August 1, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the development contracts for Deerwood Meadows I and II be
amended and the completion date for the public improvements revised to August 1,
1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof. Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa ssed and adopted.
