Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he— 7d Ton

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember S++%-hneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a optior:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-11
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 203
WEST RIDGE 5TH ADDITION - UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 5, 1981, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of West Ridge 5th Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,
storm sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on January 4, 1982;
NOW, THcREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the improvements in the report will be considered with the
final plat of West Ridge 5th Addition.
3. That the two private storm sewers will not be considered as part
of the public improvement project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Moen Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
