Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of January 19 82 The following members were
present:Ma or Davenport, Councilmem ers Hoyt, Moen, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-10
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 205
COUNTY ROAD 61/XENIUM LANE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 5, 1981, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the County Road 61/Xenium Lane Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of watermain, sanitary sewer,
storm sewer, streets and all necessary appurtenances on County Road 61 from Xenium
Lane to West Medicine Lake Drive and on Xenium Lane from County Road 61 to 200'
north of 34th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on January 4, 1982;
r NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the report is hereby received and placed on file.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Moen Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted-.-
