Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinn_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was herd on the
4th day of January , 1982 . The following members were
present:MaXor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen, Schnieder and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-09
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 606, PARKERS LAKE IMPROVEMENTS, BID B
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated November 30, 1981, for Enebak Con-
struction Co., has been prepared by E. A. Hickok and Associates, and payment i,
recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $14,760.00 to Enebak Construction Co.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoWncilmem�er Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers loyt,
Moen, Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
