Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 06
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 7
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
SHELTER CONTRACT - PHASE I
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 7 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Deduct for remedial grading at all park sites
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 7 for Project 017, Shelter Contract, Phase
I, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 7 for Project 017, Shelter Contract, Phase I,
by deducting $376.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of
$317,050.54 is revised to $316,674.54.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoMncilmember Hoyt , and upon vote beingtaken thereon, the
following vote in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, ouncilmembers Hoyt,
Moen, Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
