Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpgijlar meeting of
the City Council Of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0.02-04
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
PLYMOUTH CREEK ADDITION (79006)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated December 3, 1981, Tipton
Development and Construction, Inc., developer of Plymouth Creek (79006),
has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the utility improvements as
noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the required cash escrow or surety bond be reduced to $42,084 to reflect the
completed work for the public improvements and $31,535 to reflect the completed
work for the private improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
