Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-03
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR W. B. LEYENDECKER (79024)
WHEREAS, the site plan for W. B. Leyendecker was approved for development at
11530 Highway 55 under City Council resolution no. 79-426; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted a Time Savings Certificate as a site perfor-
mance guarantee in the amount of $3,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon request of the developer City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the site per-
formance guarantee in the amount of $3,000 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for the W. B. Leyendecker site at 11350 Highway 55.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coy ilk berH, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in Tavor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
