Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-884
AUTHORIZING COUNTY ROAD 61/1-494 CORRIDOR STUDY
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from Strgar-Roscoe, Inc.
to develop a roadway system plan for the County Road 61/I-494 corridor
dated December 3, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposal and determined that
the study as proposed should be undertaken;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE -TTY
OF PLYMOUTH, that Strgar-Roscoe Inc. be and the same are hereby authorized
to undertake the County Road 61/I-494 Corridor Study as outlined in their
December 3, 1981 proposal at a cost not to exceed $24,500.00 as prescribed
in their cost summary dated December 14, 1981;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that not more than $24,500.00 be appropriated from
the City's MSA fund to finance this study less any cost participation
provided by the City of Minnetonka.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo lowing
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Schneider
and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and sdopted.
