Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 883
A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING THE ARMSTRONG/COOPER GYMNASTICS
TEAM FOR WINNING THE 1981 STATE CHAMPIONSHIP
Whereas, the Armstrong/Cooper Gymnastic Team won the 1981 Minnesota State
Gymnastics Championship;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH MINNESOTA: that the Armstrong/Cooper Gymnastics Team and Team
Coach David Faner are to be congratulated for their outstanding season
culminating with winning the 1981 Minnesota State High School Gymnastics
Championship.
