Cqupcilmgmber Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-882
AGREEMENT WITH MUNICIPAL AND PRIVATE SERVICES, INC. (MAPSI)
WHEREAS, the Staff has recommended that the City enter into an agreement with
Municipal and Private Services, Inc., (MAPSI), for 1982; and
WHEREAS, the terms of the agreement provide that MAPSI will act to enforce
City Ordinancesas they relate to animal nuisances; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the agreement and finds that the
public health, safety, and welfare are enhanced by the execution of this
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Manager be and the same are
hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Municipal and Private
Services, Inc. (MAPSI) for animal patrol services for the calendar year
. 1982.
