•Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,,a re ular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held oR a 21st day of December ,
19 81 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers
owing members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 881
APPROVAL OF GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Gasoline Service Station Licenses have been
received from the parties listed below in accordance with Chapter XI, Section
1115.01, City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Gasoline Service Station License applications from•the
parties listed below be approved for the period January 1, 1982 through December
31, 1982.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the f� ng
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider
and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ands opted.
