the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was 'held 'on the
21st day of December 1981 . The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 879
APPROVAL OF TARGET AND TRAP SHOOTING LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for a Target and Trap Shooting Range License application
has been received from the $Nymouth Gun Club, Inc. in accordance with Chapter
IX, Section 930, City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Target and Trap Shooting Range License be
approved for the Plymouth Gun Club, Inc., 4955 Holly Lane, Plymouth, Mn.,
for a period of one year from January 1, 1982 through December 31, 1982.
