RESOLUTION NO. 81- 875
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISED BYLAWS FOR THE PLYMOUTH
VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS RELIEF ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, officers of the Plymouth Volunteer Firefighter Relief Association
have approached the City Manager for revisions in the bylaws for the Plymouth
Volunteer Firefighter Relief Association; and
WHEREAS, the proposed revisions do not affect the pension benefit program as
approved by the City Council on September 8, 1981 by Resolution No. 81-569,
but instead serve to clarify the meaning and intent of the bylaws;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that it should and hereby does approve the revised by-
laws dated December 9, 1981R for the Plymouth Volunteer Firefighters Relief
Association; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute said
bylaws on behalf of the City; and
FURTHER, that the next regularly scheduled review of the Plymouth Volunteer
Firefighter Relief Association pension program shall occur in January, 1984.
