Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held-6n—the
21st day of December 19 81 The following members were

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
mov!d its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 873
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
WELL NO. 7 - PROJECT NO. 210
WHEREAS, the City Council has ordered the preparation of an engineering report
to determine the feasibility of the construction of Deep Well No. 7 (Project
210); and
WHEREAS, the city's consulting engineers, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
have prepared and submitted said report, dated December 11, 1981, to this Council,
which report indicates that such a well is feasible;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the report on Well 7 (Project 210), as prepared by Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc., be and the same is hereby accepted;
AND, FURTHER, that the consulting engineers be authorized and directed to proceed
with the preparations of final plans and specifications for said Well No. 7 to
be located on an easement owned by the city adjacent to the south side of 21st
Avenue as recommended in the preliminary engineering report. The well shall
have a submersible pump and be drilled into the Prairie du Chien - Jordan aquifer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the estimated cost of this project, $444,200.00, be
appropriated from the city's Utility Trunk Fund.
