RESOLUTION NO. 81- 872
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 208
34TH AVENUE WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 5, 1981, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the 34th Avenue Watermain Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of watermain and all necessary
appurtenances from the intersection of 34th Avenue and Fernbrook Lane easterly
to Xenium Lane; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 21, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the improvements in the report will be considered with the final
plat of Northwest Business Campus Addition.
The nation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
'foliowing voted to favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Sghneidgr and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
