`CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of December , 19 81. The following members were
present:Ma or-Daven ort Councime ers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following mem5ers were absent: none
Comilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-871
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 209
DNR TRAILHEAD AREA WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 5, 1981, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the DNR Trailhead Area Watermain Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of watermain and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 21, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such watermain in
accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953,
Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $63,010.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 18th day of January 1982 in the Council Chambers of the
Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m.,
and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
