RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 201

BROCKPAHLER ADDITION — UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 5, 1981, a report

has_.been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of Brockpahler Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,
storm sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was recieved by the Council on December 21, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the improvements in the report will be considered with the
final plat of Brockpahler Addition.
