Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-868
ABATING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 8078
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 81-643, special assessments:
were levied by the City Council for Project No. 007, 10th Avenue Utilities; and
WHEREAS, the R.L. Johnson Company filed an appeal to -'their assessment; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reached an agreement with the R. L. Johnson Company
to abate the sanitary sewer portion of their assessment for 10th Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the assessments be abated for the following amount as they
apply to parcel 36-118-22-13-0009:
Sewer Lateral $19,702.50
2. The amount of the abated assessment shall be paid from the trunk
utility fund.
