AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 904/004/007
49TH AVE./51ST`AVE./1OTH AVE. UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 10, dated December 4, 1981, for Nodland
Associates, Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW,_THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 10 in the amount of $42,650.70 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for Project
904/004/007.
