AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017, COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS, PHASE I, SCHEDULE D-3
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 9, dated November 30, 1981, for Hoffman Electric
Company has been prepared by Bennett, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc.
and payment is recommended; {.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No.'9 in the amount of $12,909.00 to Hoffman Electric Company for
electrical construction at the Community Playfields, Project 017, Phase I,
Schedule D-3.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
