RESOLUTION NO. 81- 852
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF 31ST AVENUE IN MAPLEDELL 1ST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, John Spaeth has petitioned the City Council
for a vacation of the following street right-of-way:
All that portion of 31st Avenue dedicated within the Mapledell 1st
Addition 40 feet east of the centerline of Dunkirk Lane
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of January 18, 1982
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
