Cpuncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-851
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1981 UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Wet tap 12 watermain on 45th Ave. and Nathan Lane.
2. Extend Northeast Trunk Sewer within Nathan Lane right-of-way.
3. Extend service to Rockford Square Addition from Nathan Lane.
4. Replace broken hydrant at Nathan Lane and 45th Ave.
5. Provide additional service to Parcel 3210 on 45th Avenue.
6. Subgrade corrections on 10th Ave. in Carlson 2nd Addition.
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for 1981 Utility Improvement Project is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for 1981 Utility Improvement Project by adding
$18,435.75 is approved and that the original contract price of $522,108.65 is
revised to $540,544.40.
