HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-849day of Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81- 849 APPROVING EXTENSION OF PRELIMINARY PLAT, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, AND PRE- LIMINARY REZONING FOR LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR "WINDRIDGE TOWNHOUSES" (80026) WHEREAS, the City Council adopted resolution no. 81-35 on January 19, 1981 approving preliminary plat and conditional use permit for Windridge Townhouses for Lundgren Brothers Construction Company on property located north of the Soo Line Railroad tracks and east of Pineview Lane; and, WHEREAS, the City Council on July 21, 1980 deferred final action on the request to rezone the subject property to R1 -B subject to direction to be followed with submittal of the final plat and plan; and, WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested one year extension of the approval which, pursuant to state law, is valid for one year subject to mutual approval of an extension; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Lundgren Brothers Construction Company for a one year extension of the approval of the preliminary plat, conditionaluse permit, and preliminary rezoning for "Windridge Townhouses" subject to the following: 1. The extension is made through January 1983. 2. The extension is subject to the requirements of resolution no. 81-35. 3. Rezoning shall be finalized with approval of final plat subject to direction by the City Council on July 21, 1980 and in resolution no. 81-35 4. An updated property abstract shall be submitted with the final plat for review and opinion by the City Attorney.
