Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 845
APPROVING MPUD 81-1 FINAL PLAT/PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR NORTHWEST BUSINESS
CAMPUS FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY (80062)
WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has requested approval of the MPUD Final Plat/
Plan for Northwest Business Campus, a plat for 167 acres located in the northeast
quadrant of I-494 and Highway 66 and a Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval,
and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Prudential Insurance
Company for MPUD 81-1 Final Plat/Plan approval of Northwest Business Campus a plat
for 167 acres located in the northeast quadrant of I-494 and Highway 55;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of
the City.
