Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 844
APPROVING REVISED GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN, PRELIMINARY PLAT AND VARIANCE FOR
RAUENHORST CORPORATION FOR CIRCLE STAR BUSINESS CENTER 5TH ADDITION (81-62)
WHEREAS, Rauenhorst Corporation has requested approval of revised general
development plan, preliminary plat and variance for Circle Star Business
Center 5th addition located south of Highway 55 and west of Fernbrook Lane;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the revised
general development plan, preliminary plat and variance for Rauenhorst
Corporation for Circle Star Business Center 5th Addition located south of
Highway 55 and west of Fernbrook Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum
2. No building permit shall be issued until the final plat is
filed with Hennepin County.
3. A traffic generation analysis update of the 1978 study shall be
submitted as part of the final plat application.
4. No variances for site development are granted or implied,
particularly with respect to shared parking. Final decision
will be reserved for final site plan approval.
5. Variance for lot width is approved.
6. Submittal of new revised General Development Plan graphic
changing "office/warehouse" to "office", and changing
"commercial" to "office".
