HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-842Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City _Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on a 21st day of December 19 81. The following members were present, __Mayor avenport, Couflullummbets Ho t, Neils, Schneider and'Thre�nen The following Members were absent: none *t* Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: ~ RESOLUTION 140. 81-842 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR VORONYAK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 31ST AVENUE NORTH AND RANCHVIEW LANE (81050) WHEREAS, Voronyak Construction Company has requested approval of a site plan for a 24,763 sq. ft. office/warehouse facility to be located at the southeast corner of 31st Avenue North and Ranchview Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that is should and hereby does approve the request of Voronyak Construction Company for site plan approval of a proposed 24,763 sq. ft. office/warehouse flility at the southeast corner of 31st Avenue North and Ranchview Lane subject to the following conditions: I. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the trash storage area designated on the site plan. 3. Location of fire hydrants and fire lanes per City Code. 4. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding curbing and drainage requirements for the site. 5. Submission of required financial guarantee for completion of the site improvements termed for 24 -months. 6. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance standards. 7. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in an amount according to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of building permit issuance. 8. Item No. 14.1 of the "Playhouse Industrial Park 2nd Addition" Development Contract approved by Resolution No. 79-351, shall be amended to delete the access restriction for -lots 2 and 6 which may be allowed access onto Ranch - view Lane subject to site pian approval by the Planning Commission and City Council.
