moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 838
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC SALE OF CERTAIN TAX
FORFEIT PARCELS FOR NON-PAYMENT OF REAL ESTATE TAXES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minneosta, has received
from the County of Hennepin a'list of lands in said municipality which became
the property of the State of Minnesota for non-payment of real estate taxes;
and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been
classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota,
as non -conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized
by said Board of County Commissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said
classification by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land
described by property identification number as hereinafter listed as non -
conservation land be and the same is hereby approved, and that the sale of
each such parcel is hereby approved for:
