moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-833
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - MEDICINE LAKE HIGHLANDS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to_a resolution of the Council adopted November 16, 1981, a u
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement x
of Medicine Lake Highlands Addition by the installation of ornamental residential,
street lights and the report was recieved by the Council on December 7, 1981;,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 'HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvements.

2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted November 16, 1981. The petitioner has waived his right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
