AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO.017, COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS, PHASE I, SCHEDULE F
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated September 28, 1981, for Tennis
Went, Ltd., has been prepared by Bennett, Ringrose, Wolsfe'd, Jarvis,
Gardner, Inc. and payment is recoinmended;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYFOUTH, MINNESOTA that the, Finance Department is authorized to make
payment on Request for Payment No. 6 in the amount of $10,339.52 to Tennis
West; Ltd. for miscellaneous construction at the Community Playfields;
Project 017, Phase I, Schedule F.
