RESOLUTION NO. 81-828
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
IRRIGATION CONTRACT -PHASE II, SCHEDULE E
WHEREAS, Change Order No. I has been prepared providing the following;
1. Install 4" Gate Valve
2. Install 6' x 8' Concrete pad
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Irrigation Contract, Phase
II, Schedule E, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Irrigation Contract, Phase 11,
Schedule E, by adding $600.00 is approved and that the original contract price
of $16,200.00 is revised to $16,800.00.
