RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 212
MEDINA ROAD UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS (SPICER ADDITION)
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 19, 1981, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo,`Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of Medina Road within the Spicer Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of bituminous street with
concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, watermain and all necessary,,, appurtenances;
and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 7, 1981;
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the improvements in the report will be considered with the final
plat of the Spicer Addition.
3. That the report be referred to the Special Assessment Committee.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
