CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of December -, 19 81 . The following mert+ers were
present: Mayor Daunport, CouDgil '—Nails. Schneider and

The following members were absent: none
Co n ilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 821
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 211
OXBOW RIDGE - UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 19, 1981, a report
has been prepared by Bonestrao, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of Oxbow Ridge, Phase I; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer, water main,
storm sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 7, 1981;
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the improvements in the report will be considered with the final
plat of Oxbow Ridge Addition.
