Nei 1' ar meetino of aas held n the fol Iowi'ng members were Schneider and Threinen Co ilm tuber Ho t introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81- 820 RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 206 NATHAN LANE FROM 45TH AVE. TO HAMEL ROAD ♦mow WHEREAS, pursuant to resnlution of the Council adopted October 5, 1981, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvement of Nathan Lane from 45th Ave. to Hamel Road; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of bituminous street sur- facing with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 7, 1981; NOW, THEREFORE„ BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $262,930.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 18th day of January 1982 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the ' following voted in favorthereof: Ma_yor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
