HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-818Councilmember Neils introduced the fallowing Resolution and caved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-818 ACCEPTING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS PROPOSED NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS WHEREAS, the developer of the proposed Northwest Business Campus has petitioned the city to construct the following public improvements: Grading, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, curb and gutter, and street surfacing on County Road 61, Xenium Lane, and Highland Circle as shown on the attached plan. Also included is the necessary control structure for storm water retention. Also 16" water main along north boundary of plat from Xenium Lane to I-494. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the petition from Prudential Insurance Company of American for improvements in the Northwest Business Campus is hereby accepted and placed on file. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that action on the petition will be considered with the final plat and development contract for the addition.
