FOR KAMPS-BORDERMAN SITE (A-825)
WHEREAS, the site plan for Rauenhorst Corporation was approved for the
Kamps-Borderman Company at Niagara Lane and Highway 55 under City Council
Resolution No. 78-368; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted a bond as a site performance guarantee
in the amount of $45,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon the request of the developer, City Staff has inspected said
site and recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release
of the site performance bond in the amount of $45,000.00 which was submitted
to guarantee site improvements for Kamps-Borderman Company at Niagara Lane
and Highway 55.
