RESOLUTION NO. 81-814
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR J'S FOODS INCORPORATED
(A-802) s
WHEREAS, a site plan for J's Foods Incorporated was approved for development
at 14420 28th Place North under City Council Resolution No. 79-724; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted a bond as a site performance guarantee
in the amount of $12,000.00; -and,
WHEREAS, upon request of the developer, City Staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release
of the Site Performance Bond No. 400FDO251 in the amount of $12,000.00
which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for the J's Foods Incorporated s
at 14420 28th Place North,
