Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a repular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of
December , 1981 . The following members were present: payor

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 810
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING FINAL PLAT FOR "PLYMOUTH CREEK"
FOR TIPTON CORPORATION (79006)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plan/Plat and Development
Contract for "Plymouth Creek" RPUD 80-1 for Tipton Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
prior to recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with the provisions of Section 6 of the Zoning Ordinance
relative to subdivision and development of areas in the flood
plain district, as determined by the City Engineer.
3. The Homeowners Association documents shall be approved by the
City Attorney and shall assume responsibility for signrge, and
street lighting.
4. An additional outlot shall be platted between the north -south trail
outlots in the west area to provide a continuous north -south corridor
for trail purposes; this is future street right-of-way, and trail
easement shall be provided over this new outlot.
5. The outlots comprising the north -south trail corridor in the west
area, and the related trail easement, shall be deeded to the City.
6. The trail corridor now.described as "Outlot B , Plymouth Hills
Addition" shall be deeded to the City; the segment of trail in the
corridor, adjacent to Phase I, shall be developed with the first
phase, per City Policies; improvements shall be per City standards
and plans approved by the City Engineer. The trail plans shall be
submitted prior to filing the final plat.
7. Park Dedication and payment -in -lieu of dedication shall be in
accordance with Resolution No. 78-661, and the current City Park
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of final platting.
