Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 81-808
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE SILVER BUCKLE SADDLE CLUB FOR
LOCATION OF A CLUBHOUSE ON THEIR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 47
AT DUNKIRK LANE (81037)
WHEREAS, the Silver Buckle Saddle Club has requested a Conditional Use
Permit to lcoate a clubhouse on their property located north of County Road 47
at Dunkirk Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
public hezring and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
I PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
the Silver Buckle Saddle Club for a Conditional Use Permit to locate a
clubhouse on their property located north of County Road 47 at Dunkirk Lane
subject to the following conditions:
1. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within
approved designated areas.
2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
3. The permit is issued to the petitioner as operator
and shall not be transferable.
4. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations,
and Ordinances and violation thereof shall be grounds for
revocation. Special attention should be drawn to Code 2005.01
regarding noise.
5. Approved sanitation facilities and potable water facilities be
approved for use on the site.
