RESOLUTION NO. 81.807
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR M.L. JACOBS FOR A WIND GENERATOR
TOWER FOR JACOBS WIND ELECTRIC COMPANY LOCATED AT 2720 FERNBROOK LANE

WHEREAS, M. L. Jacobs nas requested a Conditional Use Permit for a.120 foot
wind generator tower for Jacobs Wind Electric Company located at
2720 Fernbrook Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
public hearing, and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request
of M. L. Jacobs for a Conditional Use Permit for a 120 foot wind generator tower
for Jacobs Wind Electric Company located 2720 Fernbrook Lane subject to the
following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable rules, regulations,
and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for
revocation.
2. Effective measures shall be taken to prevent public
interference.
3. Construction to be per applicable Building Code requirements.
4. Minimum setback distance from the property lines shall be
79 feet to the north side lot line, and 10 feet to the
rear lot line.
