APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HAROLD J. BACH, JR. FOR A HOME
OCCUPATION AT 17830 24TH AVENUE NORTH (81061)
WHEREAS, Harold J. Bach, Jr. has requested a Conditional Use Permit for
a Home Occupation located at 17830 24th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
public hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Harold J. Bach, Jr. for a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation
located at 178030 24th Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
I. The permit is issued to the petitioner as operator of the
Home Occupation and shall not be transferable.
2. No signage is allowed.
3. The permit shall be subject to all applicable codes, regulations,
and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for
revocation.
4. The Conditional Use Permit is issued for one year, at
which time it is subject to review.
