The following members were present:MaXor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils. Schneider and Threinen The followingngmembers were absent: none Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81- 805 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR NORTH CENTRAL INTERCEPTOR SEWER - WEST MEDICINE LAKE LATERAL - COUNTY ROAD 9 WATERMAIN PROJECT NO. 901 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81-773 of the City Council, adopted the 2nd day of November 1981, fixed a date for a public hearing on the improvement of the North Central Interceptor Sewer commencing from point 16 to 17 (from generally a northwesterly direction from approximately 1000 feet south of County Road 9 to County Road 9 at a point approximately 2000 feet east of West Medicine Lake Boulevard and thence westerly along County Road 9 to West Medicine Lake Boulevard) as shown on the adopted Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, May 15, 1980, and also trunk water - main along County Road No. 9 from West Medicine Lake Road to I-494, and also lateral sewer line along West Medicine Lake Boulevard to serve the Heritage Estates Addition; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 7th day of December 1981, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted November 2, 1981. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer for the improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. 4 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the Toowing voted in favor thereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
