Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-802
RESOLUTION REVISING CITY COUNCIL POLICY RELATING TO
THE ISSUANCE OF ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, revisions have been recommended in the City Council policy relating
to the issuance of on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses dated December 15,
1980; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such revisions enhance the clarity
of the policy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does adopt the revised policy
relating to the issuance of on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses dated
November 16, 1981, revising the December 15, 1980 policy by additions to
No. 4,a, City Council Criteria for Licensing Approval - by revising number
(3). renumbering of (4) to (b) and addition of two new provisions (4) and
