Co4pcilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-801
REVISED 14 -VOTING -PRECINCT PLAN
WHEREAS. the City Council previously adopted a resolution establishing
new voting precincts to be effective January 1, 1982, and
WHEREAS, in an attempt to more evenly divide the new precincts
according to population the boundary between precincts 09 and #14
should be moved north to 26th Ave.'N.' and the boundary between
precincts 010 and 013 also moved north to 26th Ave. N.,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH,MINNESOTA, that this Council hereby rescinds Resolution
No. 81-757 and adopts in its place s 14 -voting -precinct plan for the
City of Plymouth, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A, effective
January 1, 1982.
