Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
23rd day of November 19 81. The following members were
present- Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Neils Schneider and Threinen .
The following mem ers were absent: none .
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-799
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 003`- DUNKIRK LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Council direction for the improvement of: E
1. Dunkirk Lane from a point. 2200 feet south of County Road 47 to a
point 610 feet north of the Soo Line Railroad
by the installation of gravel street with storm drainage and all necessary appur-
tenances, and the contract price for such improvement is $27,319.41, and the
expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to
$5,690.19, so the total cost of the improvement will be $33,009.60 and of this
cost the city will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $33,009.60.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for
public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
