Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a i meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of November 1981 . The following members were
present: MWr Davenport, 'Councilmembers Hot Neils Schneider and Threinen .
The following members were absent: none
Councilmembers Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 798
ACCEPTING WORK
DUNKIRK LANE •- PROJECT 003
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction by the City Council on September 21, 1981, the
work has been satisfactorily completed for the improvement of Dunkirk Lane from
a point 2200 feet south of County Road 47 to a point 610 feet north of the Soo
Line Railroad in accordance with the Council direction;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the work completed is hereby accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and Mayor are hereby directed to issue
a proper order for the final payment on such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoUncilmember S hn ider and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Volow ng voted n ravor therep Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils.-
Schneiagr and Toreinen
