Co ncilm mber Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-794
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
1981 UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated November 16, 1981, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik $ Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Request for Payment No. 5 is approved and the retainage is reduced
to $9,679.08 for the 1981 Utility Improvements.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votedin avor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following vote against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passea and adopted.
