RESOLUTION NO. 81-793
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR WATER INTERCONNECTION TO
SERVE SHELARD PARK AREA WITHIN THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis Park has requested that the City of Plymouth supply
water to the Shelard Park area that is located within the City of St. Louis Park;
and
WHEREAS, this request is made because of emergency supply conditions that exist
within the City of St. Louis Park; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an adequate water supply to provide normal
domestic usage to this area; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared setting forth the terms and conditions by
which the City of Plymouth would supply water to the Shelard Park area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the attached "Agreement for Water Interconnection to Serve Shelard
Park" is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized
to execute same on behalf of the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Schneiger and Thr inen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
